Was glad to get back to the gym this morning for a 60-minute elliptical workout.

Weather depending, I'd like to take a walk after dinner tonight too. Just a short one. It's going to be cool and crisp and quite nice I think.

Morning, Norm!

After the weekend out of the gym (at a workshop, so was slinging hammers, which counted as a workout in itself), it was good to get back this morning.  Had a nice half-hour run, followed by stretching and weights, and a new machine called the "Ab Coaster" working both the abs and obliques.  Quite nice.

Good Morning Norm & PA!
Okay I did my hour on the Elliptical and weather permitting I will be walking on my lunch and breaks. I took the weekend off but did good eating wise so I say all in all it was a good weekend!

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Started my day with a training session, then did a half hour of hard cardio on the treadmill.

It's Monday so that means one hour of strength training followed by one hour of Zumba!

I have an hour with the trainer and then an hour of karate tonight.  Then I will collapse in a puddle of mush.

I think I walked my moneymaker off today!  We went treasure hunting on the beach and walked a total of 64 blocks.  Not to mention that I walked back and forth from the water to the dunes a number of times.  I walked for about 3 hours.  (And didn't find anything but a seahorse.  But that was cool since I never found one before!)

Howdy Norm... I am so proud of myself for exercising this weekend while I was away.  Friday, I swam laps at the hotel pool and Saturday I went into hotel gym and did 30 mins on the recumbant bike, ab work and some upper body strength training.


Back home... back to the gym... 1 hour spin class tonight, followed by some more ab work and arms
