Sticking to the Basics - Monday

Good Morning All!!

B: oatmeal and strawberries
S: banana
S: cheddar cheese
L: chicken and broccoli and I think a little stuffing. Chris packed my lunch last night
S: yogurt
S: string cheese
D: steak and cauliflower
S: chocolate pudding

What's on your plan for today???

Hi Liz. I'm back and doing the pouch test again. I am not sure what is going on, but I still don't feel like I've gotten control back. I think I'm going to try Nicole's version.

So, with that here goes.

B: shake
s: coffee
l: egg drop soup
s: yogurt
d: shake
s: pudding

hey good luck
I did  a whole week minus the cooking class of full liquids and I actually enjoyed it.
Then the next week was pureed.
Trying to do soft food in general but I am thinking i get the most benefit doing the liquids.

So this is my plan for awhile
B- Protein Shake
S- Chai latte
L- Protein shake
S- Greek Yogurt
Dinner will be a veggie and a protein
S- Will either have oatmeal or some kind of protein pudding

I need a treat each day and oatmeal is that for me.
What  I have realized is that if I know I will have it at the end of the day I am cool the rest of the day. I hate having to think about what to eat I like the structure

Morning!

After a major carb binge yesterday (can you say "pretzels" - URGH)... I'm back on track today:

B:   Muscle milk light
S:  Activia yogurt with muesli and coconut
L:  Chicken Salad (homemade - yogurt and celery) on flatout wrap with FF cheese
S:  Tomatoes in homemade light balsamic
D:  Roast beef rollups with cheese
S:  Jello SF pudding with cool whip

B: Syntha-6 cookies & cream
S: almonds & cranberries
L: chopped salad, tuna
S: Greek yogurt with a little protein granola
D: salmon, steamed vegetables
S: protein ice cream

Liz,
   Trying to do Day 1 of the Pouch test.  The sad thing is this is my 3rd attempt at day 1.  I am having a very difficult time going back to this.  I'm craving carbs so bad right now.

B:  Choc Protein Shake
S: Yogurt
L: Chicken Protein mixed with Chicken broth
S: Yogurt
S: Choc/PB Protein Shake

not sure about dinner yet but I'm thinking soup.
