Hmmm looks like a bunch of you were enjoying the nice weather on Saturday - not to much action on the boards - I myself was enjoying my bed, lol

So, that case of water I was stopping for yesterday?  Yea, that didn't happen.  And now I'm officially out so I must stop today and pick some up.

Going home and hopefully almost directly to bed except for a shower and packing up my food.  I was up and down yesterday a few times, and although I got enough sleep - I felt as though I hadn't slept at all.  Luckily tonight has been pretty busy, which is always good to keep me awake

Back to work tonight...3 of 3 and 2nd night out of them in triage.  Hopefully I feel wide awake tonight...because being in triage can be quite challenging when tired :)

Stay dry all!

Good morning, PA!

I'm wide awake---after about 4 hours of sleep.  Maybe I can take a nap later.   Nothing planned for today, except some reading and/or cross stitching---perfect for a rainy day.

Yesterday was our work day about the condo building at the beach.  What a great way to get to meet some of the other owners!  I was amazed at how much I was able to do---bending, crawling under stairways so I could mulch the back of the planters...The work got done quickly, then we hung around on the street drinking beer (well, some of us stuck to our Crystal Light) and eating pizza.  Some of the neighbors commented on my weight loss and said they only recognized me by my voice.  That was a nice WOW!

Have a great day, everyone!

TWO wows for you yesterday!  All that activity AND the unrecognizable figure!  Rock it woman!  I've been meaning to ask you...what beach are you always at?

Thanks, Pam!!!      We go to Ocean City, MD.  Love it here!  Our place is small and not at all fancy, but it's still a little slice of heaven.  If anyone plans to be in this area at all, let me know.  We'd love to get together!!!

Good morning all,

I have to buckle down and study.  I'd like to know your study methods.  I have a book that is 2 inches thick and notes about as much.  I am overwelmed by it all.

Today is rain rain so I am going to attempt to absorb it all.

When I was in school I would take notes in class.  And then either day of class (afterwards) or day after (no later) I would REWRITE them.  That provided two additional aids.  One, it would make me condense my notes, make sense of them all, and really "hone in" on what was important.  Secondly, it made me re-read things AND re write them, which would make it "stick" in my head more.

Hi,

All my notes I get typed out due to my disability.  So, I have almost two inches of typed notes to memorize.

Good Morning All. I got a lot done yesterday and there is quite a bit I want to do today. Not sure that it will get done as I woke up with quite the headache. I would like to finish putting the baby stuff away and get my house back in order, write out thank you cards, clean the kitchen, change the sheets, wash clothes and assemble the few baby things that need it. OF course Chris will help me with most of this. I think we need a rainy day where we are stuck in the house. Although it would have been nice if he could have mowed the grass today.

Well enjoy the rainy sunday all

Liz

Hey Pam - I was thinking the same thing - No new posts after yesterday's roll call - when was the last time that happened?

I ended up not even really getting dressed yesterday - I did at one point HAVE to put a bra on as I had to pick up Molly and take her to the synagogue - and I know people there - but, that was it - Larry did the pick up from the synagogue so I was only out of hte house twice to play chaeffuer yesterday -  I was able to completely clean off my dresser and under my bed and night stand - I am just about done.  I still have to go through like three small containers of what I assume is mostly CRAP!  YAY me!  My bedroom looks great!  I also have to finda place to keep the books I want to keep - I am geting rid of many of them, but there are some that I like to reread.  I am thinking baout putting  a shelf up in my room to house those books.  We shall see - another project for Larry that I can add to the list.

Today I am off to Hebrew School - should be a quie day as the kids are in Art class all day, so I did not have to plan.  Love days like today!  After School we have an Israel Scince program at the synagogue that I am pretty sure will be very interactive and entertaining for all my kids.  And hopefully Larry as I am making him come.  After the program I am finaly heading to my cousins to see what she wants to get rid of - then home for the duration of the evening.

I hope you all have a nice Sunday in spite of the weather that is NO DOUBT Pam's fault.  :)
