Struggling to exercise?
I was reading on Runner's World last night or somewhere about running and changing my attitude from 'I have to run' to 'I get to run." I thought - 'Wow, that's a good way to think of it.' So today I got to run. On the way home from running I had to stop to the market. While I was there, a man with no legs on only one arm in a wheelchair was being escorted around the store with helper. And then it clicked, 'I GET to run.' So many people can't but I can. You can too - walk, run, swim, go to the gym and use the ARC trainer or the elliptical, bike - whatever you like. But if you CAN remember you GET to do it! It is a privilege not a chore. Just my two cents.
