Hmmm I have a head of the colored cauliflower. Wonder if that would make a difference.

Im gonna try this because i have tons of veggies on hand right now!!!

the colored stuff shouldn't matter.. you shouldn't judge a cauliflower based on color anyway.  They're all the same on the inside..
