So one of my friends on FB (non WLS) posted this recipe today.  She made it for her family and they loved it.  I will definitely be trying this next week after I get back from VA and if it goes well, it will be my next cooking class recipe.

Pretty much the same recipe as the spinach pizza I make only using califlower. Good luck! I will try it myself

Yummy! I am going to have to try this one. I've done it with zucchini too. Oh and I would shred fresh cauliflower with the food processor (I'm lazy lol)

I don't even own a food processor. *sigh*

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Given your propensity for yard saling, there really is no excuse not too.

I've been using my $7 Cuisinart for 15 years!

It rules.

Blah, blah, I will add it to my Yard Sale list of things to look for.

I honestly never think about one until I Have to dice something thats a pain in the ass.

Bite me. There were no pieces of my finger mixed in with the ginger that you know of!

someone have a guilty conscience? I was making fun of MYSELF.  As clumsy as I can be in the kitchen (ask Liz or anyone at my synagogue who's been in the kitchen with me)... a hand grater is definitely not a good idea for me.  I would use a plane or zester to do ginger probably at least it's a little easier to manage and the sharp edges are much much smaller.

IF your finger did end up in there, it just added to the protein levels anyway, so whatever.
