Just wanted to let anyone know that my Father died.... It was terrible. I miss him too much..

Soon after,.. my husband had to have back surgery,... then I ended up in the I.C.U. with pneumonia. Ohh...! What a time I've been having...!!
Hopefully it's all over now..

I feel well.., and my weight loss is good. I'm getting all of my vitamins , protein and water. I have so much more energy... and already feel so much better about myself. !!    Thanks, Susie

WOW.. sounds like it has been a tough month.  Sorry for your loss and the health problems.  My dad passed away at the end of September, so I understand how you must be feeling.

Hang in there, it does get easier every day.

glad to hear about your weight loss, though.  Keep up the good work on that end.

OH Man...I am sooo sorry for the crappy month you have had!  Keep on posting here and hopefully you will continue to feel better.  With the weather changing, hopfully getting outside will work.

How did dad die?  Had he been sick?  I am soooo sorry for that - I sadly, understand the pain caused by losing a parent.  Keep focusing on staying healthy!  Congrats on the weight loss and the gain of energy!

Wow.  That's a lot of stuff in one month, heck, one year for that matter.  The ending of your post sounds incredibly upbeat for so much going on - congrats on that and the continued weight loss!

My condolences on the loss of your Dad.   What a string of emotional and physical upheaval.   Hopefully you and the hubby have turned the corner and are both on your way to good health and your Dad will be cheering your weight loss on from the bleacher section up above.  Give him something to cheer for ...take care of yourself!

I'm so sad to hear that you lost your dad - I just lost my mom in February and it's been rough going. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Hope you and hubby are healing and feeling better as well - you've had a tough time of it lately - I'm happy to hear that you are taking care of yourself.

Take care...Kathy
