sticking to the basics - tues
Good Morning All
OK so I am full of excuses this morning and few are good. I got home late last night and didn't prep much food so today is a winging it day.
B: Oatmeal
S: banana
S: cheese stick
L: have to get takeout
S: yogurt
S: cheese stick
D: something with chicken and broccoli - maybe just a stir fry
S: chocolate pudding with PB and cool whip

My carb monster has been kicked to the curb!
B: coffee, coffee and more coffee then egg salad
L: mixed greens salad with chicken, olives, roasted red peppers and ranch
D: more leftover crustless pizza and a smaller salad

D: I have no clue yet - maybe Gardein tenders?
S: Finishing up that choc/stout SF ice cream?
