Strawberry Cannoli

Shelly is a certifiable genius. The strawberry cannoli are amazing. I did make a few changes though. I am not really fond of ricotta cheese in sweet stuff. So I substitued low fat cream cheese. Used cream cheese, vanilla, and splenda. Then filled some really big beautiful strawberries with this filling. OMG good. That was my snack last night and will be again tonight. YUMMO.

Look for a post entitled "Recipies from yesterday" or somethign to that effect posted by Liz R on either Saturday or Sunday of this week. The strawberries were made at our cooking class support group at her house and the recipie is there (with the ricotta)

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
