worlds easiest roast recipe
A few weeks ago I made the most amazing meatballs ever in the oven and then had them sit in the hot tub that I also call the crockpot in a mixture of French Onion soup... so then I got to thinking... what else could I do with this can of French Onion soup... and came up with this...
1 Roast (pork or beef)
1 Can of campbells' french onion soup + 1 can of water
1 crockpot
Dump all into the crockpot and cook. If frozen meat- cook on low while at work... if not frozen cook on high for a few hours and then low for a couple... and it is all done...
We have used this on tacos, bbq, baked and mashed tators (white or sweet), etc... if you have veggies around you can toss them into the crockpot as well... you don't have to add any salt because of what is in the soup... also found I didn't have to add any pepper to this either...
This has been a huge hit in my house... enjoy!
