Sounds like you're getting there.

But you really should try and follow the rules your PT gives you. It's only a few more weeks. It only takes one bad run to set you back months.

So glad to hear that you are on the mend and so close to being cut loose again. You are an inspiration. I wish I had your attitude about exercise of any kind. I just can't seem to stick to it. Happy for you great news though.
