Sticking to the Basics - Monday
Day late as always LOL
At home I had:
Kim Kims "bread" w/ cream cheese and sf jam
1/2 banana
Left over chinese (lo mein w/ roast pork)
At work:
Boston Market chicken and green beans, no skin, minimal gravy
Apple w/ PB
Jello SF choc. pudding
Left over chicken parm
Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon
I have a few things left in my bag and will probably end up snacking on some edamame during the education portion of my training - they tend to be VERY boring - and I will be tired and hungry, so it'll be perfect!
