B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: Banana
S: cheddar cheese
L: chicken marsala
S: yogurt
S: cheese stick
D: either mooch something off of Mom while I am there or something leftover in the fridge from saturday
S: chocolate pudding with PB and cool whip

Hi yall man the food was good this weekend. Heavenly but time to get back on track. I actually feel better when not eating all that stuff.

B:  matrix shake with strawberries and banana
S:  activia yogurt with strawberries (yummy fresh strawberries - i love this time of year!)
L:  "stewed" chicken (leftovers)
S:  Lisa H's chickpea and lentil salad with cheese stick
D:  leftover steak and broccoli

Day late as always LOL

At home I had:

Kim Kims "bread" w/ cream cheese and sf jam
1/2 banana
Left over chinese (lo mein w/ roast pork)

At work:
Boston Market chicken and green beans, no skin, minimal gravy
Apple w/ PB
Jello SF choc. pudding
Left over chicken parm
Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon

I have a few things left in my bag and will probably end up snacking on some edamame during the education portion of my training - they tend to be VERY boring - and I will be tired and hungry, so it'll be perfect!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
