Good Morning All
Well ia m exhausted! What a great weekend! Cooking Class saturday and my family threw us a suprise baby shower yesterday. It was a teriffic day with family and friends but I am whiped out!
TOday has me at wor****il 4 then stopping at my Mom's to pick up the rest of the gifts - I couldn't fit them all in my SUV! After that home to rest and bed early.

Today finds me going thru my personal stuff, clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry,etc. Getting ready for the eventual move to Tenn., and getting rid of stuff to big, or no longer used, for a community yard sale at my daughters on May 1st. Then on to the kitchen stuff. I sure I will only scratch the surface. (my house always gives a sigh of relief when this stuff goes out the door).

So glad you had a good time yesterday dear! Your family did a PHENOMENAL job with the shower - everything was sooooo cute and well done. I had a great time for the short time I was there. Glad I decided to get the high chair delivered to your house - one less thing for you to have to fit into the car!
Today I'm gonna work on some laundry, pack up food for work, and just basically bum around until I lay down for a nap. I only work one night - off Tues-Thurs Which to some sounds great..but with night shift - one night on just sucks. I'd rather work a few in a row in all honesty.
Anyway - that's about it for me. 7p-?? tonight. There is a mandatory training class tomorrow that I am staying for in the morning. I don't know when I'll get out....but it's better than having to go back at another time

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I'm back at work again after only leaving here 7 hours ago. Ugh, might be a long day. Yesterday turned into a blah day and after talking to a few friends, I determined that.... I had male PMS and/or a stick up my ass. This morning I feel good and am looking forward to the day. Lots of work to get done before I leave for vacation. Hopefully after my coffee, I'll be able to tackle what needs to get done.
I work till 5 and then have a class tonight. Hoping the day warms up a little too, because the heat wasn't on in our office over the weekend and it's not much warmer in here today.

That makes two of us...I mentioned that Brian had "male PMS" yesterday and Eric thought he might have come down with it as well. When he mentioned the stick up his ass I informed him it could lead to a ruptured bowel, but that the xrays would be very amusing :)

We didn't say we didn't feel BAD for him. I did...cause we all totally understand how it feels to just feel like "F it all" for no apparant reason :) He and I comiserated for a little while via texts while Brian sulked on the couch. It was one big cloudy evening between the three of us. But, as Eric said, Misery loves company :)

We're taking Paul's son to school today, then will head to my house. I'm supposed to have lunch with a friend today, but I haven't heard from her so I'm not sure if we're meeting. I need to get on the treadmill at some point today.
