Adding the Chicken Parm Recipe:

One package Chicken tenderloin (about 12 strips)
1/4 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Parmessan cheese
1/2 cup either Panko breadcrumbs or italian bread crumbs

**sal****er solution  maybe a couple tablespoons of salt and enough water to cover the chicken tenderloins***

Take chicken and put it in sal****er for about 15 minutes or so.
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
After chicken has brined drain the sal****er but do not rinse the chicken.

Mix mayo and parmessan cheese together in a storage bag.  Put chicken pieces in bag and coat well.  Move all chicken pieces into storage bag with bread crumbs and coat.  Put chicken in shallow baking pan.  Cook chicken in oven for 12-13 minutes.  Take chicken out of oven and flip it over.  Turn oven to Broil and put chicken back in for about 2-3 minutes.

Eat and enjoy.  You can use a sauce to dip if you like but I don't think they need it.

While my friends were having high sugar buttercream cupcakes, I had the wonderfully awesomely lucsious chocolate cupcake last night and I definitely had the better end of the deal!

The cupcakes were awesome!  I can't wait to "sneak" them in on my family!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
