2nd Annual Pet Day - NCC Monroe Campus
Event Description
In Spring 2009, NCC students and staff created "Pet Day." The event brought local animal rescues and pet- related organizations to campus. The goal was to raise awareness of local rescues, raise money for local rescues and find "forever homes" for animals in need of adoption. With the help of nearly 50 volunteers, the event raised over $1350 and 20 animal adoptions.
