Well, I just got out of the gym, and I'm feeling great. I was feeling very sluggish earlier this week, and I think a lot of that had to do with NOT getting to the gym.

I just feel better, physically and spiritually after a good workout.

Perhaps I'm crazy, but that's how I feel right now.

Glad to hear lots of other people are having a great week, some even working through PT to get back in fighting order.

Have a great weekend everybody!

Good Morning Norm,
This morning I really did not want to hit the gym. I do wake up at 5:30 in the morning everyday to get my workout in so somedays it's really hard to motivate myself to get my butt moving especially that early so I know that feeling but I digress. I had a good work out as well 45 minutes on the elliptical and then cooled off on the threadmill for 15 minutes. I will be walking on my lunch and breaks weather permitting.

Have a good weekend.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Just catching up at the other end of a looooong day.  But I did get to the gym this morning for a really good workout.  I've been changing up the treadmill and doing interval training - 2 minutes of intensity (speed and incline) followed by 1 minute back around 4 - 4.2 mph, rinse and repeat.  I do that as my warmup, then moved and did a full weight circuit, followed by 15 minutes of martial arts kicks and stretches.  Definitely got the old motor running for the day!

And, yes, Norm - you're crazy but we love you that way.  ;-)

I guess I am a day late on this, but I had a great workout with my trainer last night.  I was barely able to move after I left there.  Now that I have been released from PT, he kicked it into high gear.  I am still amazed at the things I can do now, that I couldn't do 4 years ago.  Every time he wanted me to push harder, I did...and could go beyond what I thought I could do.  Its a great feeling.
