TGIF Menu post - sticking to the basics

SO what is everyone eating today??? We had a great response at the beginning of the year now we are dwindling back off - come on guys! You are all eating - what are you planning???

B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese
L: 1/2 roast beef sandwich and some strawberries
S: yogurt
S: cheese stick
D: pork chops and steamed broccoli
S: chocolate pudding

B - 1/2 bagel w/creamcheese
S - 1/2 banana

S - protein bar
D - scallops, green beans
S - SF ice cream

I'm 4 days post-op, so you can imagine how yummy your daily menus are sounding to me. I can't even think about looking at soup again tonight! LOL

GUILTY AS CHARGED, LIZ . . .  Don't know what's up with me, having so much trouble getting back into the logging since my plastics . . .   sheezzzz ... 

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee
L:  Manhattan Clam Chowder
S: muenster cheese/3 crackers
D: chicken soup/broth
S: tea?

All the liquids is due to a sore throat (think its allergy related but I really just felt like hot soup today --- weird)
