Sticking to the Basics - Thurs
Good Morning All - what's on your plan for today?
I am to grocery shopping day so choices are slim
B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese
S: yogurt
L: have to run out to the bank so I'll stop for a salad or soup
S: pudding
S: cheese stick
D: I'll pick something up at the grocery store - maybe a non-raw fish sushi
S: chocolate pudding with PB and cool whip

I don't know what's going on with me the past few days. I start out great, then stray. Yesterday wasn't AS bad as Tuesday, but I did stray from my plan.

S: meunster cheese
L: sausage and peppers
S: ricotta w/ pudding
D: sashimi, I think
S: choc brownie protein ice cream.. OMG this is heavenly!

I just stumbled onto a neat flavor combo (chinese mustard and miracle whip)
