Anyone know a good therapist?
I am getting close to my date for the VSG and would like to have a therapist lined up for support after the procedure. The one I saw as part of my surgeons program is about 45 minutes to 1 hour away and would like to work with someone closer for covinence. Anyone know a good one near these areas: Downingtown, Frazer, Malveren, Exton?
Thanks,
Ann

Do you have access to insurance at work through benefits (such as Employee Assistance Programs) that you could look up therapists in your area? That might be a good way to get started in your search because they usually grant several visits that are paid for then if you want to continue you pay on your own - or if lucky insurance will pick up some of it.
Good luck on your search.
Good luck on your search.
Life Counseling's main office is in Paoli. They have a slew of very good therapists that I have been with for either Marital therapy or family counseling.
Check them out. They have a website. http://www.lifecounseling.org/
Good Luck.

Maybe a little far but she`s very good. Dianne Marino-Surovcik, Ph.D in Bethlehem. I think somebody told me she has had WLS so she has an inside feel for the process.
