Check out my before and after pics.  Finally figured out the album pics but haven't figured out my profile pic yet.  I'm getting better withthis computer thing.

Thanks for all the support. I am trying to post more pics, rather then the generic posing before and afters, but it does show a big difference. It's been an amasing ride the past 9 months, and really looking forward to the future with the NEW me Thanks to everyone on here, since I have taken advice or ideas from your posts even though I have not been very vocal myself. One of my goals is to change that now!! I think with my personal success I have had that I need to be available to share it with others, and also utilize the awesome support that I see here. Thanks again, and hopefully more pics to come.
