Funny WOWs

Congratulations on the great wow moments - I've never met you formally but did see you at a Saturday post-op meeting some months ago and thought you looked great and wondered why you had the surgery! Then I checked and saw just how much weight you had lost - I think the thing that impressed me most about you that day was the way you carry yourself - you're tall but you don't slouch - you have a certain presence when you walk around a room and I thought that was great - to me it says 'screw the batwings, deflated boobs, and excess skin - look at me now, world!' and I think that's fantastic!!

Excellent wows Karen.  It's amazing that we can continuously overlook what everyone else sees every day. 

You look wonderful and should be proud....It is two years and I am still trying to get to teh point of that is me.

I'm so glad those wows helped you -and you are right - people can see what we cannot.  Sooooo glad those people helped you along your journey, without them even realizing it!

I so want to say something funny and TOTALLY inappropriate - I think I will wait til Saturday to say it!  I certainly don't want anyone to think that I was um....inappropriate?!?! :)  However, you do totally rock and I have always been so envious of the way you carry your height and your self-esteem as a total package.  Love you!!!! :)

oh come on... you CANNOT leave us hanging.  Nobody is going to change their opinion of you.  We already know that you say inappropriate things with love.  Spill it girl!
