April Cooking Class - Last one before baby!!

OK Gang - here's the plan...

Cooking classes to be held saturday 4/17. I will then take a break for May and possibly June but REALLY look forward to getting back to it as soon as possible after the baby is born (so don't be surprised to see a June date pop up! I am sure a few of you might want to meet the  baby and all too)- afterall I'll be out of work and will have lots of baby holders to help out! :)

Well...Now that Chris WILL be home - I am DEFINITELY coming! :)  Are we gonna lose Eric to going to play with the boys?!?!

Sorry to miss it yet again. But my little man is turning 1 this weekend. So it's his day Saturday! Hope you guys have lots of fun!

Sheesh Jodi.. you think your son's birthday is more important than getting together with us?  I don't get it.  Don't you realize we are the most important people in your life? Come on now.. your son will be around forever.  You've already given your other kids  1st birthday parties... he won't even notice.  

Just kidding, of course.  I can't believe the little man is already a year old.  Where does the time go?

Am craving a good 'ole sandwich - grilled - panini type.. have stayed away from bread like I might be struck by lightning if I eat it (a custom ordered bolt sent by Doctor P that is).  I'd love it if you have any friendly recipes to get past that craving...

humm I do have an idea - we made grilled cheese out of the kim-kins bread - I am sure that we could do panini - I'll whip up a batch! (they have to sit I think)

I was thinking the same thing Liz.. the kimkins would work
