 Thank you all for the birthday wishes. I have been trying to decide what I want for my dinner tomorrow night and I think I have settled on Salmon cakes. I must confess that I am probably going to miss my favorite birthday cake a little, but I am sure I will get over it quickly.  What is my favorite you may ask.......Carrot cake with black walnut and cream cheese icing. OMG, why did I just go there.....lol.
