Update with pics

 Tomorrow, Weds. 4/14, is my birthday. I will be 45. There used to be a day when I didn't think I was going to live to see 35 let alone 45. This last year has been one of the most exciting, terrifying, enlightening, crazy of my life. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I wanted to take a moment and share a before and after pic to mark the occasion.

Pre-op taken on 12/10/09. I weighed in at 421 lbs the day before.



This photo was taken on Saturday night before going out to celebrate my birthday a little early with friends.



I can't wait to see what I look like next year!

Yes that is my daughter. She is 19 going on 35. We were on our way out to a Christmas party for her work and they all could not get over her in that dress. She looked amazing!

 Hi Karen,
I have basically have lost the equivalent of my wifes weight so far.  It does feel great. I feel so much better already and I still have a long way to go.
