Here's my food for the day.. staying on track!

B: ricotta w/ pistachio pudding mix
S: cheese
L: pork roast w/veggies
S: yogurt w/meusli
D: turkey sausage & peppers--- in the crock pot.. yummmmmy
S: protein ice cream

water water water
1 C caffeinated coffee

B:  Matrix shake with strawberries and banana
S:  tomatoes, cheese, and roast beef in lite balsamic
L:  Split pea soup with ham, cornbread
S: Yogurt with muesli
D:  Not sure yet - maybe a salmon burger

I'm almost 24 hours late to the party but oh well...The first few meals were at home...then the other stuff is what was packed for work

Banana w/ pb
fresh mozzarella and deli ham
1/4 cup of ziti w/ ricotta and mozarella

work:
Individual bag of mixed nuts (ate)
Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon (ate)
**individual serving of cheerios** (not planned....)
Going to the cafe for lunch...probably a salad with some turkey
Edamame (maybe....)
Greek yogurt

If I'm hungry when I get home I'll have half of one of my beef and quinoa stuffed peppers
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
