Okay, people.. who is moving to lose today???

I'll be headed to the gym tonight.  I want to do some cardio and then going into the 1 hr body pump class.

What are you doing?

Hi Lisa -

I'm heading to the gym after work.  I'm trying to change things up a little bit.  I'll warm up for 10 minutes on the elliptical, do 30 minutes of weights and then try to do 30 minutes of some more intense cardio.

I'm doing an hour of jazzercise at the gym - upped my weights during a class to 8 pounders. Later on will take a good walk. Hope it's not raining by then!

I'm hoping to go for a walk on the beach sometime today, but it will depend on the weather.

I did my half hour on the Elliptical as I had to be in the office early and will be walking later on with my kids. Hope you have a good day.

15 min on tread mill jogged 11/2 miles who would have  thunik that a year ago
did 30 min weight training .
 having a bit of a hard time how much time to spend on the weights DR.P says to get lifting
i have being maninly doing cardio now that tweather is warmer will be trying a jogging trail AT THE PARK wooo hooo

can you maybe add hand weights when you are walking? that will give you some resistance and you can do arm exercises..

or do you have FitTV or something similar as one of your channels with your cable? There are lots of great shows that incorporate weights if you have them at home.
