Lisa,

     You and Shelly look awesome.  I would not have recognized you now as that person from a year ago.  This is similar to those two pictures I passed around at the support group last Saturday.  It's unbelieveable when we see pictures of us before and after the WLS.  You are an inspiration especially with the dedication that you have to working out.  It's great that you and Shelly have each other as support in your lives.
