Good Morning All

B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese

L: pork chops with green beans and stuffing leftover
S: yogurt
S: cheese stick
D: I really want pizza - baby might win out
S: protein shake

I am training my temp today so this is my plan - I just hope I can get it all in with her looking over my shoulder all day

day 5 of the pouch test and I have to say it is definitely making a difference in my brain and my pouch!

B: whitefish
S: ricotta w/ pudding powder
L: chili--didn't eat it yesterday
S: yogurt
D: not sure if I'm eating at home or with David-- if at home, will have cheeseburger pie
S: will bring ricotta w/ pudding with me

S: Syntha-6 cookies & cream with peppermint extract
L: chopped salad with chicken
S: Matrix roadside lemonade, mixed with 4C lemonade
D: Not sure yet. Probably going to Chipotle for dinner, so I'll have part of a burrito bowl without rice
S: latte, maybe some protein ice cream later on

Ok...so I normally don't post on here but I"m killing time at work so what the heck...

At home I had:

Half of ham and mozarella on whole wheat
I snacked on some things as I was making dinners/packing food for the next couple of days...not a good habit.  I know there was some more ham involved...a pierogie...I honestly don't know...
Chicken pot stickers...I made them at home so very little added oil or sauce....they were pre made from sams club...not to bad nutritionally wise actually

Then I actually was tired early so I took a very long nap before work :)

Work:
Apple w/ PB
Chicken and herb ravioli
gonna have my yogurt shortly
also have:  Left over chicken w turkey bacon and cheese
Chef salad w ham, turkey, and provolone

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I guess i am really late on this....

S:  high fiber english muffin
S:  cheese crackers, cantaloupe
L:  Pad Thai with chicken
D:  steak, onions, zucchini
S:  strawberries and grapes...and beer :)  was doing taxes...beer is a must when doing taxes!
