Cooking Class?

As I sit here, working diligently, I thought to myself..."Self, when is Liz's cooking class?"  So I looked at my calendar and to my surprise, it appears it is next week already.  Could this be right?  Could it be a month since I met so many of you?  A month since Karen's emergency appendectomy (or so she says, I still think she cooked up that ailment to avoid meeting me)?  A month since Molly and I made those delicious little burger things?

Anyway... is it really April 17th?  If so... any menu plans?  I want to make something but not sure what and I need to plan .  Just curious and all, no rush.... 

First of all.....Molly and I made thise delicious little burger things - you were just there to flip - as only a man can do....secondly - yes - it is next weekend!  YAHOO!!!!!!!!!

Ummm, yeah.  That's true, you were involved.  The first batch did get a little burned when you just put them on the stove and let them go.... 

Yep - April 17th! I just re-posted again. I am totally up to suggestions or requests. I'll be menu planning this weekend. The only request I had so far was my chocolate cake.

next time when you are talking to yourself, you may want to find a friend instead.  People will talk about you if you talk to yourself too much.

Anyway - although your questions have been answered...I just wanted to say that you had me laughing at this post too...the whole thing was hysterical.  Thanks for brightening up my night (and you can feel free to brighten up Sat/Sun nights as well in the same fashion...I've decided I don't REALLY need to see your smiling face all night to make my night.  And besides...we'll see each other at the cooking class in just a week anyhow :)
