Good Morning Workout Friends !

True confessions time.....I blew off the gym yesterday.  I had a planned cardio only night.  It was so hot, I just didn't have the energy to go. 

Anyhow, back to the grind today.  I'll hit the gym for 20 minutes hard elliptical, 30 minutes weights and 20 minutes treadmill.

Well, I slept in like a log this morning, so I'll be sweating it up a bit by walking over lunch!

I made it to the gym this morning after 2 days of missing it due to life intervening... (car accident, then having to get a rental car before work).

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then weights, then stretching.

planning to take a nice walk at lunch.. depending on how I feel, I'll try to go to the gym after work.  I found some programs for my iphone to give me workouts, so I am going to try to do them for something different.

I walked for about 40 minutes at lunch (ON A STREET).  I tried to do week 1 of C25K and am just wondering if it is not for me.  I had a really hard time running today.  I don't know if it's because I haven't done it in so long or if I am just not meant to run.  Not everyone is a runner, right ? 

This weekend I want to get my bike from David and Sarah's garage.  I really want to get out on that and see what I can do.  I think that is more my speed.

Lisa, you should have added to your confession that you went to a support meeting last night.  That's just as important as the gym, so it's not like you were slacking off last night.

I did an hour on the treadmill this morning, 6 minutes on the bike (still hate it), and a bunch of crunches.  Time for a shower!!!

Good Morning Lisa & fellow Gym Rats!
I did my hour on the Elliptical and as of this morning my size 6 pants that I bought last year are sliding off me. I love this feeling!! Whoo Hoo!! 2 years out you have no idea how hard it get to lose those last few pounds.

I missed yesterday because i took the kids to the beach!! BAd me!! but we did walk and play alot so i was constantly moving all day!!! Im hoping to get to the gym in the next few hours before my parents flight arrives this afternoon!!!

Well I don't usually do my working out till at night and it usually is based on what's going on for the evening.  Since I'm not sure about tonight, I'll tell you about last night.  I did Week 2, Day 1 of the Couch to 5K.  The extra running gave me a good swift kick in the butt.
