Let the day not be as stressful as yesterday so that I can stick with this.

m4  protein drink
m5  something lite like soup.

So, I'm on day 4 of the pouch test, and who knew that if you were committed, it actually works!!

B: pickled herring

1 black coffee from DD (1/2 regular, 1/2 decaf) and lots of water / crystal light

This was a hectic day for me...my eating schedule was all screwed up.

10:30 AM 1/2 english muffin with egg and cheese in the car
4:00 PM remembered I hadn't eaten so had 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich
6:00 PM 1/2 apple, cheese and crackers
8:00 PM sashimi and steamed shrimp shumai

diet iced tea and decaf coffee with skim

Forgot to post today!

B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: Nectar roadside lemonade
L: Wendy's small chili, side salad (I forgot my lunch at home and had to improvise. This was not bad, although my chili is way better!)
S: Cheddar cheese, half a Luna bar, ate the other half post-workout
D: ham & cheese omelet
S: I have some butter pecan protein ice cream churning as I type this. Yum!
