Sticking to the Basics - Wed
Good Morning All!
B: oatmeal
S: banana
S: cheddar cheese
L: have to run out again - no leftovers and we are out of lunchmeat! Tragedy I know! lol
S: yogurt
S: string cheese
D: something with chicken breasts and broccoli
S: protein shake - chocolate banana, I've decided they work much better when you drink them out of a wine glass! lol

I am going to say that I am on day 3 of the pouch test since I was on liquids for the last 2 days. Yesterday I managed to drink 3 protein shakes along with the italian ice and crystal light I was sipping on throughout the day. I also had a vanilla yogurt last night when I felt like I wanted to "eat" something.
B: 1/4C whitefish salad--probably not the best choice for the 1st "solid" food, but it went down ok
S: ricotta w/ splenda and cinnamon
L: chicken salad
S: scrambled egg w/ cheese
D: baked tilapia
S: ricotta w/sf pudding powder
water, 1 cup coffee, crystal light.. italian ice if needed for fluids

Start a new temp assingment today and am happy I have work! Here's what I am having today.
B: yogurt with pb granola
S: 2-3 orange slices
L: Edamames, cucumbers, 1/2 pack of Pringle honey butter sticks
S: 1/2 pack Pringle honey butter sticks
D: Lefteover roaster chicken, carrots
S: yogurt or cucumbers, MAYBE
And of course the ever popular water, water and more water and my vitimans.
