Good morning PA. So far I have overslept, been late for work, and found out that I have more things to do this am than I thought so it is crunch time. That is ok, though because it will make the day fly by. Tonight I have clients so when I get home this afternoon, I am going to try and rest and regroup. Nothing stunning on tap, but it should be a good day. I hope you all have a wonderful wednesday.

Good morning Nicole,

This is a very sad day for me as I will be attending the funeral of a friend that I grew up with who took her own life.  I cannot understand this because she had so many things to live for.  I do know that such severe depression is so painful.  Even though she was in intense therapy she felt she could not go on.  I'm in shock and I cannot imagine the pain her two wonderful children are feeling.

On a brighter note, I will be taking my second tennis lesson later in the day and hoping it goes as well as my first one.  I figured tennis would be a good sport to take up - great outdoor exercise and fun.

Thanks again for checking out the trail riding.

Arlene

Arlene I am very sorry about your friend. I have seen people with that kind of depression and it is hard not to give up. But there are still options available I wish she had hung in there to find them out. You are in my thoughts as well as her family.

Good luck with the tennis lesson and good for you, for trying new things

Hi Arlene - have been thinking about this since I read it this morninng.  First and foremost - I am sooo sorry for your loss. Depression is not a thing to play with and as she was doing everything right - it seems the demons took over and she is no longer in any pain.  I am sending my deepest condolences to you and her entire family.

Arlene,

How sad, I am sorry to hear about this.  Prayers for everyone touched by this person to find peace as sucide is such an act of desparation and heart ache for those left behind.

Hugs, Laureen

 Good morning all,

Arlene, I am so very sorry to hear about your loss.  I know the day will be very difficult for you.  Hang in there.  That is just so very sad.

Today is going to be a VERY long day, well the rest of the week is going to be long.  I am stuck in closed doors meetings for 3 days with vendors.  Yuck!!!!  Bad enough I will be in meetings all day, but the conference room is pretty small too....lol

All I can say is, "Is it Friday yet?"  It is so tiring being in these types of meetings.  The only upside is that the topic is at least interesting.  I am going to make the best out of it.

Have a great day all!!

Geoff

Good Morning Nicole and PA!

My Spring Break is over and I am heading back to work today.  I have hiked, bikes, golfed, and even got to run during my time off.  Life is good.  After school today, I am heading back to the park for a short run and then I am suppose to go to the driving ranges with my friends.  Have a great Wednesday!
