So far so good!  I went out and bougth the max Protein today I did mint chocolate chip it was pretty yummy.

Best of luck and if you need anything I am here for you!

Thanks - I'll try that. I have a lot of the Matrix protein and I seem to do good with that - the Da Vinci sf syrups help a lot, too.

Just as an fyi there are some studies that show that pre mixing protein powder an hour or more before use degrades the protein and therefore you do not get what you think you are....
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Hmmm, thanks for the info - good to know since it would be about 5 hours before I get a chance to drink my lunchtime shake. I'll have to check the stores for some type of shaker so I can mix them at work when I'm ready to have them. Tupperware used to have this neat little shaker thing that mixed stuff like that well - maybe I'll check their website and see if they still have something like that. Sure don't want to be dragging my Bullet in here every day!

Thanks for posting about your 5DPT experience.  I am halfway through today and its going well.  I brought my Magic Bullet to work with me and will taking it tomorrow too.  Thanks for posting your experience and I'm glad you're a day ahead of me.  Make sure you post your foods for Day 3 so I can plan in advance...

Beth,

It was nice to meet you on Saturday at Barix. It's nice to know that we're all in this together, and that we all have issues and "demons" that we deal with! Hang in there and good luck with the rest of the pouch test -- I hope it is a successful jump start for you!!!

Take care!
