Just back from Planet Fitness. I forgot my notebook today, so instead of using the free weights, I did all kinds of crazy machines that I never used before, so I suspect that I'm going to be very sore later in the day.

Heading off to the work gym In a few to hit the elliptical for an hour. I need to load up my ipod with some new music and movies, so for today, I'll just be watching the news.

I hope whatever it is you're doing today leaves you feeling limber and exhilarated.

PS- Turrible is a Cleveland Brown quote, not a typo!

It's daylight now, so I'm headed out to walk 4 miles plus a little.

Lots of walking this week for me in between work meetings. I have to be at a hotel for 3 nights. There will be a gym there but if it's nice, I'd rather get outside and clear my head.

Good Morning Norm & workout pals !

Tonight I'll hit the gym and do 20 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes weights and 20 minutes on the treadmill. 

Have a super sweaty  workout everybody !!

Morning PA People!

Knocked out day 2 of INSANITY. It wasn't bad but was pretty boring as all they do is repeat the same moves over and over. Going to try to do all 60 days so hope tomorrow's is more exciting.

Good Morning Norm & PA!
I have lost 6lbs so far and slowly but surely the scale is moving. I did my INTENSE hour on the elliptical and have been striving for at least 10,000 steps daily sometimes I make it upto 18,000!! I am so proud of myself that I can still motivate myself I hope I never lose the momentum or the burning desire in my belly to always push myself a little harder!! NO MORE EXCUSES for this chickie!!
