Is yogurt considered liquid and ok for day 1 and 2? Or do I need to wait to soft foods on day 3???

Beth,
I did my own version of liquid last week and I did yogurt on day one. I hope that helps!

Hi Hun! It's OK - I had yogurt, pudding and jello on days 1 and 2 - I considered it "full liquids" like I was allowed to have as a new post op.

Good luck and enjoy that yogurt for dinner!
