5 day pouch test

Is there somewhere that I can print out the 5 day pouch test?
I did google it and they want you to send away for a book.
Any suggestions?

You don't have to get the book.  Click on take me to the 5 day pouch test and it will give you the basics.

Hi Kathy. You could maybe search for the pouch test here on OH. You may find a post where the details are given. Glad to see you post. How are you doing? Do you know how  I find a schedule for the support group meetings at Lewistown Hospital? I would like to come again but I am not sure where to find the schedule. Maybe I will check out the hospital website again. Enjoy this beautiful weather we are having. Belinda

Days One & Two: Liquid Protein
low-carb protein shakes, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar-free gelatin and pudding. Read more.

Day 3: Soft Protein
canned fish (tuna or salmon) eggs, fresh soft fish (tilapia, sole, orange roughy. Read more.

Day 4: Firm Protein
ground meat (turkey, beef, chicken, lamb), shellfish, scallops, lobster, fresh salmon or halibut. Read more.

Day 5: Solid Protein
white meat poultry, beef steak, pork, lamb, wild game
Read more.

It's not complete...but it gives you the idea....liquids...soft proteins...dense proteins.

If I remember it correctly, each "meal" needs to be consumed within 20 mins.  You can have as much or as little as you want during that 20 mins, but then that's it.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
