Manic Monday Fitness Thread
Morning Norm & workout friends -
Tonight I'll do my usual thing. 20 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes weights and 20 on the treadmill. Sometimes I think I should switch it up, but I tend to be a creature of habit, so I guess as long as I get there and do something, it's all good.
