Oooh.... if you do come up with a good dressing recipe, please share!  (Hint - i'd start with Wegmans low sodium/low fat bacon... really tasty stuff and 40% less of the bad stuff.)

A house down the street has a human-sized stuffed easter bunny sitting on a lawn chair in their lawn.  Really creepy and gives me the heeby jeebies every time I drive by it.  I just don't get it.

Hope you have a great easter dinner tomorrow!

Hi PA! What a beautiful Saturday! Started out the day attending a re-hire meeting at Knoebels. This will be my 4th summer there. I usually work 3-4 shifts/wk in the evenings and it was nice to see everyone again. We will now have to wear 'uniform bottoms' (navy shorts, capris, or pants that are like dress pants) that we have to buy from them or have others 'approved' by HR before wearing. Yuk!!

Picked up my 17yo son after the mtg to go with him for a haircut (much needed-he has curly hair that has been chlorinated since the end of Oct. due to HS swim season) and has become a dried, frizzy mess. Looks much better now.

Then went to pick out a tux for Prom!! He looked so handsome...never did get a swatch from this date which made for a real hard time picking colors.  She told him the dress fit perfectly and that there was nothing to give him.  All I asked for was a small piece from a seam allowance. The guy was too funny with my son's reaction when he asked if we had a swatch from her dress. Needless to say-we have to go back. Better luck next time I guess.

Then home and have been relaxing since. Took a nap, watched a movie etc.

Daughter Kaitlyn is working a 12hr shift at GMC as a NA.  She's a junior majoring in nursing at Wilkes.  Just found out that her shift for tomorrow is different than what she thought-now 11a-11p! No Easter dinner for her with the family!! She also worked 2nd shift yesterday.  I'm glad she is home but still miss her because of all the hrs she's working but I know she needs the money.

Hubby and our 15yo are fishing I forget where but about an hr or so south of us.  He really wants me to go fishing with him this year.  Bought me my own light pink rod! My license is in its little plastic holder thingy ready to go. Not so sure about this but I'm going to try.

Enjoy the rest of you day!

Can I check in at the end of the day (almost)?

It's been a hugely busy one. I was out the door at 7 a.m. this mornng to meet a new friend at the gym. Actually, we both have the same trainer, and she is scheduled for surgery with Dr. Brader in a week or so.

THen....2 exercise classes for 90 minutes total...

Then....quick cleanup and jump into clothe**** the turnpike to go to Barix for the afternoon. Another great meeting - I find myself reflecting on the topic of fears as I think about our discussion. It was great so see people that I know and meet a few more new folks. We are SO fortunate to have such an excellent group, not to mention this board!

Then....turn around and drive home. A short time spent with Mike, as he had an evening commitment at church tongiht. We have a quiet Easter planned and I am truly grateful for that!
