seafood stew (yummy) 
sugar free pudding
sugar free ice pops
carmel rice cake

 Hi Nicole, Happy Easter!!

I took some Chilean Seabass, shrimp, bay scallops, clams, flounder and cooked it with mushrooms and onions and then poured it into tomatoe sauce.  Spiced it up with lemon, adobe, pepper and parsely.  Really good!!!  I think I made enough for a month...lol  I ended up freezing most of it.

 I have no idea how many calories or protein it has.

I am counting it as 225 which is probably high since i am having about 3 oz of the seafood and counting it as about 20g protein.  I am sure it is more than that though.

This past week I have done mostly protein shakes with a meat and veggie for dinner. It is amazing how much better I feel then when I am eating the carbs.

Today should not be too bad.

B-Protein shake
S- Scrambled egg
L- salad with tuna
S- chai latte
D- Roast pork with baked polenta, tomato sauce and mushrooms
S- Either greek yogurt or an orange or both

I'm glad to see the menu thread today -- I need it, too! Here's my plan for the day:

B: spinach ricotta pie
S: hot chocolate Max Protein
L: chopped salad with grilled chicken
S: cheese and fruit (from the appetizers at Easter dinner)
D: lamb, roasted vegetables
S: SF Easter pie (sweet ricotta pie)

I'm also bringing some extra protein shakes with me to Easter dinner in case I need a boost. I don't want to be tempted by all the candy & other bad choices.

Here's mine:

B - protein shake
S - 1 scrambled egg w/ bacon bits
L - Cheese stick, 1/2 apple, 2 tbsp peanut butter
S - Protein bar
D - chicken w/ sugar free bbq sauce, baby carrots, 2 tbsp. mashed potatoes
