Applebee's and my pouch

I just wanted to come here and publicly give my pouch a pat on the back.  I took it to Applebee's yesterday.  We ordered one of the 550 calorie or less meals, and then felt satisfied after about 1/2 of it (maybe a little less).  I continued to be thrilled that my almost 3-year-old pouch still feels satisifed on such a small amount of food.  It just makes me giggle sometimes.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Yea - I've gotten their WW meals - the steak and portabellos and only finished half of it (most times)  The only time my pouch didn't like applebees is when I had a few forkfuls of the maple walnut brownie with sauce...hmmm...wonder why?  LOL
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

My son and I go to Appleby's and I always order one of those meals.  I eat about 2/3 of the protein, a bite or two of the veggies, and he takes everthing else!  Thank heavens for a 6'4" guy with a hollow leg!

Mine still works, too, and I love it!
