Good morning PA, what an absolutely beautiful weekend it is going to be!!!  On my way out the door for a 10 mile run this morning.  The Broad Street Run, a 10 mile race, is exactly one month from today and I am so ready for it.  Four years ago today I was still in the soft food/pureed food stage of my journey and now I am about to run my second 10 miler.  This is just proof that anyone can do it if you really have the drive and determination.  I love hearing success stories and many of you have done extremely well in your journeys as well.  Although I may be out of the loop with the group for the most part, I do still check in to see how everybody is doing.  And you guys should be quite proud of your accomplishments.

Remember, if you think you can no longer continue, quitting in not an option.  You can do it!!!  Speaking of which, what are YOU doing to move today?  Have a great Easter weekend everybody.

"No matter how hard life may get, no matter how many curveballs you are thrown, keep in mind, if you want to succeed - QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION"!!!

Good Morning Andy & PA!
I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. I have lost 5lbs out of the 15lbs that I have been trying to lose since December so I am doing something right!!

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

We'll be walking on the beach today, taking the metal detector with us.  Not sure if I'll venture into the water today.  Did that yesterday (just up to my knees)---the water is still way too cold and caused horrendous pain in my feet.  But at least I'll be out there walking in the beautiful sunlight!

Julia!  I LOVE the new avi, it's beautiful!!   Have fun at the Beach!!   My hubby and I do the metal detector thing too.   He's a coin freak.   Have to say we've found the most stuff at the local playgrounds.  My 9yo stepdaughter thinks finding a penny is like getting buried treasure!!!    Fun to watch her excitement.

Hey Andy, congrats on your prep for the race; I hope you do well.   Also, congrats on your surgiversary.   It's been a long windy road but I'm sure you'll agree you are better off healthwise today than 5 years ago.   Keep pluggin.

My morning was treadmill, elliptical, bike, massage chair and tanning booth.   A little rest treat with the last two since the foot really starting acting up after doing hills on the bike.

Goof for you!!!!  Good luck.... though you wont need it
