Good Morning All!!

I am off tomorrow and have a ton of running to do in the morning so if i don't post someone please feel free to start the thread!

B: oatmeal
S: strawberries
S: cheddar cheese
L: not sure - we are having a luncheon for a co-worker
S: yogurt
S: string cheese
D: pork chops and cauliflower
S: chocolate pudding

Im late to the party...but here it is.

9:00 AM PB crackers in the car on the run

11:00 AM two cheese sticks in the car...my sugar level was down to 70 when I tested it at my endocrinologists office, so I needed some protein.  I have terrible reactive hypoglycemia so they gave me a blood sugar monitor. 

12:30 PM 2 oz grilled chicken, eggplant , lite cheese

2:00 PM nsa peaches

4:00 PM trader joes rice crackers

5:30 PM 1 oz tuna, lite cheese, english muffin

8:00 PM handful of pistacios and cantaloupe

Skim milk in my many,  many oz of coffee
