Thursday gym rats

Off to the gym for some quality elliptical time in a few minutes.

I'm off tomorrow, so I really don't know if I'll make it or not. I have intentions... but we shall see.

How about you guys? Seeing some new faces in the exercise thread this week :)

Morning Norm & fellow gym rats -

Today it's back to weights.  So, I'll do 20 hard core minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes of weights, abs & another 10-20 on the treadmill. 

It would be great to see some more faces in the thread !

It's an hour of jazzercise for me today, plus a 4 mile walk to take advantage of this beautiful day!

I agree with Lisa more people need to post here. I did my hour on the elliptical and am commited to get at least 10,000 step in every day so I shall not only be watching what I put in my mouth but will be walking on my lunch and breaks. Have a good day everyone!

Hey Norm and PA Gym Rats - I have physical therapy after school and then I am going to happy hour.  No major exercise but I will do my core stuff before I go to bed. 

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I did my treadmill , elliptical and weights....Would like to go to a class but think I may need more healing time, don't want to pu****!

I will do some walking/running on the treadmill at home.  Will do some ab and lower body stuff I have been doing with the personal trainer as well.
