Monday Exercise
After biking and hiking yesterday I will be taking it easy today because I have over done it and I am hurting again. I will do my physical therapy exercises and walk/run on the treadmill for my 10:2 Xs 3. Two steps forward one step back.... THIS SUCKS! Yes, I am yelling. Sorry, just super frustrated.

Got to the gym, realizing I had left my slacks at home so would have to cut my workout short to go home and get them. Sigh.
Did 10 minutes on the treadmill and a full weight circuit anyway. Just did the reps faster than usual and said screw it, i'll be late for work. Funny thing - the world didn't end!

I overdid it yesterday too. Don't know where the burst of energy came from but I acted on it and now I'm beat. Cleaning out the garage and shed, sweeping and hauling for 3 or 4 hours, Gosh am I sore. My hubby says to me this a.m. ...."it was JUST sweeping!" My reply, "it was the same repetitive motion as sculling a boat", if I did that for 3 or 4 hours you'd call me an ATHLETE! Obviously I'm not ready for the Dad Vail Regatta. Gym tomorrow....
