Who's moving today?
Good Morning Everyone!
I just wanted to share what a eye opening experience my one day on liquids was like. I feel so much better and I am conscious about what I am putting in my mouth everyday. So that being said I went to the gym this morning and ran on the treadmill for an hour. I was soaked thru my T-shirt but it felt so good. What is everyone else doing to move today?

Hey Shilpa,
It's amazing what type of affect a day or two of liquids can have on someone that has had wls and is fairly far out, isn't it. I recently did my own version of the 5 day pouch test where I actually did three straight days of nothing but liquids, then had nothing but tuna straight out of the can and protein shakes for the next two days. I realized that, even being four years out, that the pouch still works.
For me, today had me on an eight mile run and no gym time. I have the Broad Street 10 miler coming up on May 2nd and I'm right on schedule. I missed the race last year because, honestly, I just wasn't ready for it. That won't ever happen again. Have a fantastic weekend Shilpa and keep up the good fight to great health!
