okay ... so I made the recipe, decided to use Pistachio Pudding Mix, the recipe says 12 servings, ha, the pics showed wine glasses filled at least 3/4 of the way up, ha, you'd be lucky to get 12 servings using 1/2 the prepackaged Jello plastic cups.  So I'd say the recipe really makes 6 servings and the nutritional info was as follows for 6 servings:

91 cal, 0 fat, 6.8 carbs, 11.7 protein

The counts aren't bad, but the recipe is dead, I guess I need to use a different flavor pudding mix.

Here is the recipe:

2 - 8 oz. bars softened (f/f) cream cheese blended with 1 cup of ho****er that has 1 envelope of unflavored knox gelatine dissolved in it.  Then blend in 2 Tbsp Vanilla, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 Tbsp. S/F, F/F pudding mix, 3/4 cup granulated Splenda ( I used 18 packets of Sweet 'n Low).  Divide evenly among 6 small cups (Jello size) and refrigerate.

The recipe didn't call for a particular flavor of Pudding Mix.  I guess it needs someother flavor.

I would have not used the splends and used a whole box of pudding.

whrn I make my cheescake/pudding I use
1 -  8oz pkg low fat CC softened
1 - pkg Sf pudding mix with 1 cup skim milk
1 container of coolwhip
mix it all together & chill

Now that it has a good chill on it, its very thick and has a little more flavor

I was interested in the recipe for the nutritional value (more protein, less carbs)

Glad you got answers and recipie conversions that are hopefully more suitable.
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
