Super Saturday Roll Call
I am up late, just finishing cutting out fabric for some sewing projectes for Izzie, and what is super is that she is coming to town next week for a few days. Easter Egg Hunts and spoiling her and kissing her brother's chubby cheeks are on the agenda.
Saturday has me heading to the pool because my back has been off the charts with the pain. After that, I am heading to Penn State Abington for my nephew's Special Olympics Basketball tournament.
Not sure what I am doing in the evening.
If you are not doing anything, and in the vicinity, stop in and check it out.

Good morning Trish - I can hearthejoy in your voice - it is soooo good to hear that!
So - I think I am back on the positive side of things. The PMS pressure has subsided - about 11AM yesterday - THANK GOD! I got about 2 hours of me time last night - got my toes andmy nailsdoen - ALONE - had a book with me so that was where I lost myself for a litle while. Came home, had some oatmeal and went to be at 8. (Guess there was still SOME pressure :)) I slept until about 6:45 this morning. Not straight through but I didn't get out of bed to get on the computer - so that is PRETTY darned good in my book!
I am going to eat breakfast and get in the shower - I have a Bat Mitzvah this morning, with my WHOLE family - looking forward to spending the day with them - after I have been sooooo pleasant the last few days. Later this afternoon after the celebration we are coming home to get ready for the dance recital this evening. Again, all five of us will be there as well. After the recital Molly is going out with her grandmom - my MIL OY! - so for dinner it will be just the four of us. Tomorrow there is no Hebrew School - yay for Spring Break- but there is another recital - after the recitalwe are supposed to have some friends come to us - then we are hoping to get started on Molly's Room. She has to pick her colors and we have to take her shopping for furniture. Any thoughts where I can get tween to adult furniture for a decent price? I still have to work for two days next week - but all the extra-curricular stuff is NOTgoing on so there shouldbe som eown time during the holidays for me! YAY!!!! soooo needed!

I hope you have a wonderful day today, Steffi - enjoy the Bat Mitzvah and the dance recitap and try to get some more "me time" if you can - I think that's the key.
Look at IKEA for the furniture. They have some great "tween/adult" furniture choices and good prices. The girls always liked shopping there at that age because there were good choices for them that didn't make me cringe, and they could "mix and match" and get funky things.

Good Saturday morning all! Up early, even though I don't work this weekend. Starting to get sick with a head cold and sinus crap. Oh well, it is the season.

Good things do happen in the middle of the storms of life. The bottom may drop out but one is truly blessed if they can see what is good. I know I am being philosophical here but it is true. I am going through some yuck right now but in this storm, I can see the good that much sharper. I am truly blessed!

I was up a little late last night trying to fix Paul's computer. It's got a virus and won't let us do anything. Thought we had it fixed, but it's still there. I left the computer with a friend who was going to try to keep working on it.
Not much happening today. I need to get cat food at some point, but that's about it.

Morning everyone. Busy day of working on the old house and errands today. Spent the morning with the girls, made them breakfast and watched Mickey Mouse. Getting them dressed soon and heading to the bank. Hope it warms up out there soon!

Not too much on tap for the day - had an early meeting with the contractor to finalize the details of the kitchen for this week, then did a bunch more "organizing." I've got a lot of catching up to do from losing the past week, so will likely work on that today.

Hey there PA! I haven't checked in for a while but always lurk to see what everyone's up to. I was up and out to the gym this morning only to find that it was their open house day and the place was PACKED - nowhere to park. Not on the grass, not on the road, not in the parking lot next door...so I took it as a sign that it's a "walking" day. Still have my shoes on for 5 miles today - but waiting till it's a tad warmer.
Mike and I will have a late lunch/early dinner out today. I have to plan meals for next week and grocery shop, and do a few catch up items. But...it's at my own pace which is a luxury.
And right now I feel like taking a nap.
