L: chicken and eggplant
S: yogurt
S: string cheese
D: something take out
S: chocolate pudding or maybe a protein milkshake

D: pork chops and salad
S: special K protein plus

B: hot chocolate max protein
S: protein bread with cheddar
L: tuna salad
S: ricotta with SF syrup
D: shrimp & vegetable stir-fry
S: protein ice cream

Also, a latte in there at some point, and a post-workout snack too.
