I am to the day of grocery shopping again which means slim pickins

S: pieces of steak
L: chicken with eggplant and feta
S: yogurt
S: string cheese
D: chicken and broccoli
S: chocoalte pudding or 1/2 a PB&J

good catch Liz... slacking again.. UGH. One of these freakin' days I'll get this..

B: ricotta w/sf pudding
S: coffee
L: stuffed eggplant from Sat
S: turkey jerky
D: some kind of salad from saladworks.. probably something with grilled chicken
S: if at bingo, then protein bar; if at home-sf ice cream w/ peanuts on top

I have not been great with my food choices lately.  Getting a little toooo ****y!!!

B:  Inspire Dutch Choc Shake Double scoop
      1 cup UF Almond milk/1 cup water

L:  LF Cheese and Travel pack of NSA pickles

Finish Shake

D:  Shelly's Turkey/Cabbage Casserole

and I swear:....NO NO NO POPCORN!!!!

L:  Salmon burger with spicy sauce over salad greens
S:  Grilled pineapple with chili sauce
D:  ?? will be out

S: Trader Joe's frying cheese, half an apple
D: Chopped antipasto
