good catch Liz... slacking again.. UGH. One of these freakin' days I'll get this..

S: turkey jerky
D: some kind of salad from saladworks.. probably something with grilled chicken
S: if at bingo, then protein bar; if at home-sf ice cream w/ peanuts on top

L: LF Cheese and Travel pack of NSA pickles
Finish Shake
D: Shelly's Turkey/Cabbage Casserole
and I swear:....NO NO NO POPCORN!!!!
